It couldn't be more terrifying than killing your own brother, could it? That was harsh. Plus, she was more than a thief--she was a good thief. Thieves were cunning and quick, correct? So she would just have to be very cunning and very quick.

Besides, she would just have to use this as a lesson to pump up her studies and get stronger. She did have goals, even if they weren't obvious. Her primary concern was what was going on within the temple and worrying about Vaklamana, even though she didn't need anyone's worry.

She had prepared herself to deal with this. Which brought her back to thoughts about Sero and... Well, that was different. Then she got the shock of the night.

The Loner, chained to a tree with a stake in his heart and no limbs. Well, there was always another chance, knowing her luck. The fun just never stopped.
